Rob Kardashian is Suing Blac Chyna For Assault

A few months ago, Blac Chyna took out a restraining order against Rob Kardashian, the tables have turned. Rob is now suing Chyna for assault, claiming she beat him and tried to choke him out with a phone charger on December 14 of last year.

Rob Kardashian got his ass beat by Blac Chyna while she was high on drugs and booze … according to a new lawsuit he’s filed against his baby mama.

According to the docs, Rob says Chyna went on the rampage in December 2016 by first trying to choke him with an iPhone charging cable — and then repeatedly struck him with blows to the head and face.

Rob Kardashian also claimed that he had suffered injuries to his neck and even documented the whole thing including rips in his shirt specifically around the collar according to the report from The Blast.

He also claims she trashed the house, which he was renting from Kylie Jenner. In the docs, Rob says she broke a door, damaged walls and a TV … doing more than $100k of damage. He says he tried to make a break for it in his Bentley, but Chyna threw a chair at his ride … and then struck Rob with a metal rod.

She even smashed a holiday season gingerbread house, according to Rob.

In the end the father of Dream Kardashian had attempted to flee the house in his Bentley but his then fiancee reportedly threw a chair at his car and even went as far as using a metal rod to hurt Rob.

Sources for the gossip site claim that the only Kardashian brother did not publicize the incident until now because he was still in love with Chyna at the time.

They also claim he did not want the mother of his child arrested and for her to make a huge scene when law enforcement showed up.

At the time Rob famously took to Snapchat to document an empty house as he said that Chyna had left him and taken their baby daughter Dream.

The news comes at an interesting time as just a day before Chyna’s high-profile attorney Lisa Bloom took to Twitter to share a photo of the two of them posing in front of a Bentley along with a cryptic message

The two are reported to have settled their custody dispute but the Lashed entrepreneur is continuing to pursue the reality star  for his revenge porn attack on her. It remains unclear if the luxury vehicle belongs to Rob or was the one mentioned in The Blast report.

And things took another twist on Tuesday when’Do NOT disrespect my client. I got your back, @BlacChyna. Stay tuned for chapter 2, y’all,’ the lawyer wrote.

In the docs, Rob says the melee played a factor in E! cancelling his and Chyna’s reality show … because execs thought the situation was way too volatile.

Rob’s suing her for assault, battery and vandalism. We’ve reached out to Chyna, so far no word back.

This lawsuit comes after a judge granted Chyna a restraining order against Rob after he posted revenge porn of her nudes, hacked her social media account, assaulted her and threatened to kill himself.

Chyna, agreed a custody arrangement with Rob that would give her $20,000 a month in child support.

In return for the payment, she agreed to drop her allegations of abuse against the only son of Kardashian momager Kris Jenner.

However, it’s been reported by TMZ that she is still seeking ‘a seven figure’ sum to settle with her former fiance over his social media posting of explicit photos and his x-rated rant against her in July.

RadarOnline claimed Tuesday that the ex stripper wants more than $10 million from Rob and attempts at mediation have failed, prompting Bloom’s tweet.

Side note: Rob’s suit includes her contract for “Rob & Chyna,” which says she was making $92,500 for each hour-long episode.

The couple has a young daughter, Dream, and three nieces on the way.

Rob and Chyna started dating in early 2016, got engaged that April and confirmed in May that they were having a baby together.

Dream was born in November 2016 and her arrival was documented in a reality TV show aired on E!

The network, however, did not order a second season of Rob & Chyna and the two split up for good earlier this year.
